To help our community best answer your questions, do your best to include the following information when creating a new post.
- Name the specific product you are using. For kits that have multiple configurations, specify which example figure/configuration you are using.
- Tag your post with the name of your product (or create a tag).
- Describe your control setup. If you are using a computer with software, include the type and version of the operating system.
- Include pictures if possible. This can help our members see how wires are connected, how hardware is installed, or to identify other possible issues.
- Remember to mark your post Solved when applicable!
