Unfortunately, the early batches (1Q) of TurtleBot3 may have a configuration issue although it is the condition out of box.
If the wheels do not move while going through OpenCR Test instruction or proceeding with any other steps after setting up TurtleBot3, make sure to see “ Setup DYNAMIXELs for TurtleBot3 ” section to update the DYNAMIXEL’s configuration for use of TurtleBot3.
